Resume: This study analyzes the clinical and instrumental diagnostic criteria of calcaneal exostoses (heel spurs). A total of 177 patients (91 males and 86 females) examined at the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics and the Fergana Regional Multidisciplinary Children’s Medical Center during 2023–2024 were included. All subjects underwent clinical examination, radiographic imaging, and ultrasound evaluation. Findings revealed that pain localization, gait disturbance, and fascia thickness are key diagnostic indicators. Combined assessment of radiological and ultrasonographic data improves the accuracy of determining the clinical significance of heel spurs. The study supports the effectiveness of an integrated clinical-instrumental approach in diagnosing calcaneal exostoses.
