Resume: The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of implementing innovative teaching methods in the field of dietetics and nutrition within the framework of the "Bernika" project being implemented in Uzbekistan. During the study, modular training lectures and practical classes were conducted aimed at integrating digital nutritional analysis tools into the educational process. A survey of 115 medical university students showed a significant improvement in the level of students' knowledge on rational nutrition and the application of digital technologies in nutrition. The project demonstrated a successful model for integrating educational and medical institutions to improve the quality of specialist training.
