Resume: This article analyzes the effectiveness of using an obstetric pessary in the prevention of habitual miscarriage of anatomical origin. The study was conducted at the clinic of the Andijan State Medical Institute among women diagnosed with isthmic-cervical insufficiency. The results confirm that the use of a pessary significantly prolongs pregnancy and reduces the risk of extremely early preterm birth.
