Resume: The relevance of the study is due to the high prevalence of menstrual function disorders among adolescent girls and the frequent deficiency of vitamin D₃. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of vitamin D₃ on the clinical manifestations of menstrual disorders. The study is based on an analysis of national and international scientific publications addressing the role of vitamin D₃ in menstrual function disorders among adolescent girls. It was found that correction of vitamin D₃ deficiency contributes to the normalization of the menstrual cycle and a reduction in the severity of clinical symptoms. The obtained results confirm the feasibility of including vitamin D₃ in comprehensive therapy.
