Abuse, scraping, and security circumvention

NDM3D-owned content
Unless expressly stated otherwise, original NDM3D materials may not be redistributed, resold, extracted, or republished without authorization.

Certain anatomical 3D assets available through NDM3D are based on third-party materials distributed under Creative Commons licenses. Where an asset is expressly identified as Creative Commons licensed, the rights granted by that Creative Commons license govern that asset and are not restricted by conflicting provisions of these Terms.

Service availability and changes
The platform may change over time. NDM3D may update features, models, access controls, subscriptions, AI-assisted functionality, and documentation. The service may also be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
Suspension or limitation of access
NDM3D may limit or suspend access if an account or activity violates these Terms, threatens security, abuses platform resources, circumvents access rules, or creates legal or operational risk.
